Can I store my luggage?
Even large bags such as suitcases and carry bags can be stored free of charge per person.
On the day of the Atami Marine Fireworks Festival, can I still return the item in time even after the fireworks have finished?
On the day of the Atami Marine Fireworks Festival, we will extend our business hours until 9:20 pm, and we will be waiting for your return. This does not apply to other fireworks festivals. Return time is until 17:30. If you return the next day, an additional fee of 2,200 yen per person will be charged.
I'm planning to eat after the Atami Marine Fireworks Festival, but if it's after 9:20 p.m., how should I return it?
If you arrive after 9:20pm, you have the option to return the item the next day for an additional 2,200 yen. Please return the item by noon the following day.
How long does it take to get dressed?
It will take 10~15 minutes for a yukata and around 20 minutes for a kimono.
*During the Atami Marine Fireworks Festival, depending on how busy it is, you may have to wait to get dressed.
We will do our best to run the event as smoothly as possible, but we appreciate your understanding.
Flow of usage
Apply through the online reservation
Please specify your desired date and time and the number of people.

Visit the store
Please choose your kimono and check in at the reception desk.
Dressing
The approximate time required is 15 minutes for the yukata and 20 minutes for the kimono.

We will do our best to run the event as smoothly as possible, but we appreciate your understanding.
Departure
